I have removed a wall against the kattvind to extend a bedroom. Now there are two studs in the way and I wonder if they can be sawed off. Are they load-bearing? Or are they just studs for the wall? Can they be moved further back for support? The studs have different dimensions: 35×120 and 50×120. Different cc measurements from each other. They are nailed to the side of the floor joists and rafters. The house has some form of framework trusses. The house was built in 1957.

  • Timber stud wall with dust and wood shavings on the floor, showing exposed beams and ceiling boards. House built in 1957 with framework roof trusses.
  • A wooden beam in an attic space is positioned vertically against a slanted ceiling. The beam is connected to exposed floor joists.
  • Attic area with exposed beams and partially removed wall studs, showing tools and wood shavings on the floor.
  • Wooden studs and sawdust on a floor, showing construction elements in a renovation project, where two different dimension studs are attached to joists.
  • Wooden beams with insulation exposed, potentially part of a house's attic or crawl space, with visible wear and nail marks on the wood.
Most likely load-bearing. Do not touch.

You should probably leave those until a designer takes a look at it.
