Does anyone know how much load an HEA 240 Beam can bear according to the drawing

Point loads, distributed loads, constraints, are the bearings holding, .....

approximately 100kN as a point load in the middle, then it is utilized about 75%, L/330. The supports are 4800 apart. As above, a few more conditions are needed to provide a better answer..
