Fixing up the basement and in one opening, a freezer is to be placed, the hole is currently 50 cm deep. My idea was to place 4 lecablocks to build out and then plaster them like the other walls. It might be good to anchor these to the wall. My thought was to place angles between the blocks. Mortar between and anchor plug in the wall. Or is there something else better? An easy way

So the depth should be about 60 cm then. If it's being built on blocks, they must be anchored, otherwise they'll collapse. Build to a height of 2 blocks, then drill slightly downwards 10 - 15 cm with a drill about 6 - 7 mm, where the top of the block is, reinforcement rod 6 mm is sufficient, cut the rod so that it extends to about 5 cm from the outer edge and bend it, so it will lie between 2 blocks and be embedded between them. You need to anchor in at least 3 places, preferably more, so it stays in place. Are you following?

A picture of the opening does wonders for the right advice!
