There are probably many alternative solutions, for example:
a) Install 95x45 mm studs and attach the surface layer on them
b) Install 70x45 mm studs and perpendicular to them 70x28 mm so-called glespanel.
It partly depends on which surface layer is desired, wood paneling, plasterboard...
And partly on how the original ceiling is constructed, what there is to screw into, etc.
I can imagine that option b) will be the easiest.
Not such thick studs, and makes cable routing easier for the spotlights, which you surely want in the ceiling
