Need to semi-temporarily mount a 100-liter water heater on my basement wall. The wall consists of leca, steel studs, and single drywall. I assume I have cc45, haven't obtained a stud finder yet. It's a split-level house with potential for iso-leca, a bit unsure since the upper mounting holes will be just above ground level. Below ground level, it's regular leca.

Mount a piece of plywood over three studs with molly bolts and ensure it hits the center of the steel studs? Or should I aim for something that fastens into the leca? Or even drill through the whole setup and aim for some kind of anchor mass with threaded rod?

It ended up being a plywood over three studs with a board attachment, with a screwed and glued plank where the vvb will hang. If it doesn't hold, I promise to take a picture of the spectacle, but it feels like it could withstand a direct hit from the Russians.
