I'm currently tearing down the upper floor to adjust the floor as it's not very level.

But the slanted ceiling also needs an adjustment.
I'm not entirely sure how much it deviates. So, I need tips/tricks on how to adjust the slanted ceiling. It's open all the way to the raw boards. The plan is to insulate and install an air gap and then slats.

I have a spirit level and cross laser available.
But how do you do it?
Best regards,

I don't know anything specific about this, but it sounds really tricky as hell. Must have to adjust the roof trusses then? Probably need to take apart the whole roof for that?

No idea technically, but I would have started with the floor... then measured from there..
But in reality, I probably wouldn't have cared unless it was off by dm...

I'm not quite sure how much it differs. So I need tips/tricks on how to adjust the sloped ceiling. Since it's open all the way to the rough cladding. The plan is to insulate and set up an air gap, then furring.

I have a level and laser to use.

Best regards,
Are you thinking you need to make the furring and inner ceiling smooth?
We usually stretch strings at the bottom and top, which you can then cut wedges/strips from and mount on the inside of the roof trusses.

That's correct, it will be gypsum later. Boring since the room is long, I'm afraid you might be able to see the difference. That's why I want to straighten them. I'm thinking I can do it with studs.

I don't know what you're thinking, so I can't say if it will work with battens, but I think you're absolutely right to want to straighten it out.
