Help with waterproofing of terrace + stairs. What is the material and how do you do it?

Hello!

In my construction drawing, there's the following description of how to waterproof the stairs and the terrace outside the front door.

For me, my builder, and my building supply store, these materials are pure Greek.
I can get YAP2200, but the bottom material, KOAP2500, I can't find anywhere. Does anyone have suggestions for alternatives?

What does "strängklistring" versus "helklistring" mean? I can't find any instructions about that online either.
