Have chiseled away an old drain. What do I fill the hole with?

Hello. I've dug out an old drain that needs to be removed. This leaves quite deep channels in the concrete slab. What type of mortar should I mix up and fill it with? I plan to level and lay tiles afterward.
Thanks in advance.

Max 30 mm thickness is specified. My cavities are 150-200 mm deep... Is that really correct?
EPSCement until you have 3-5cm left, then a quick leveling compound like 460 Slipsats Snabb so you can tile after 2-3 days. Alternatively, of course, a pile of trench sand/gravel followed by a suitable fiber cloth or similar and again a leveling compound.
