Hi! I'm going to run a new floor heating loop to a new extension. Is it preferable to run the hose in the wall or through the crawl space?

If you pull on the wall, it's really important that it's safe from freezing.

I perceive it as the extension being connected to the old house. In that case, I would pull inside the shell, i.e., through the new inner wall.

If I run it in the installation layer, it won't freeze. Maybe I should put a sheet over it so no one screws into it; alternatively, lay it in an armored pipe.

Yes, the extension is connected to the existing building.
