Enclosing trim?

Don't have access to the apartment on any day so can't take any pictures, had to draw the floor plan instead and how the wall looks. (http://data.fuskbugg.se/skogsturken/Omslutande-List.jpg)

It is a wall that doesn't go between two walls but just juts out a bit. The outer edge that exists is ugly and the wall itself is old and uneven. Therefore, it's quite noticeable as there are kitchen cabinets on that wall and I now want to hide this ugly edge by placing a molding there.

What I am looking for is an enclosing molding that looks like a "U." The idea is to place this on the edge of the wall to cover up the unevenness and ugliness. Does this exist? I've asked around but haven't found much. The last resort is to create something myself with the help of 1 wide and two narrower moldings, but it's not nearly as nice.

Any tips?

I have just been looking at moldings and other things for my basement rec room construction. Not surrounding moldings though, but I haven't seen those when looking at other things. Can't you put a board/molding/plank on the end of the wall in the suitable width and then regular trim on the sides? Like: |__| ? If you don't want the joints to be visible, you can always plaster over them or fill with what my colleagues call "The home handyman's best friend," i.e., acrylic caulk and paint the whole thing afterward? If there are surrounding moldings, I think it might be difficult to find the exact right dimensions for just your wall stub.

Another variant could be to cover the end of the wall with a board (gips) and then mount corner moldings |_ in the corners and then paint.
