I have an eave that I need to repair/fix on the house. It seems very strangely built, and I have a question regarding the eave and its construction.
The measurement from the point where the beam supports to its outer edge is 120cm horizontally dimension 45x145,
Slope 27 degrees
Concrete tiles
Snow zone 2
The question is, is it right/wrong? What, if anything, needs to be done?
