I need a beam to support something similar to a mezzanine floor. Can anyone help point to a suitable beam for this? The best solution is probably to place two in parallel since it will rest on a wall plate and also support roof rafters at the top. The length is 6000mm. Support on one end will be 145 deep and on the other end an appropriate post. The load to account for will be about 3000kg evenly distributed.
