Hello!

I'm in the process of building a small vacation home with aerated concrete and have recently put up the roof trusses and roof. I'm trying to figure out the best and most aesthetically pleasing way to cover the eaves and thought I'd see if there's anyone here who can brainstorm with me. I've come up with a proposal, and I've attached a roughly drawn image of it. The idea is to cover the fascia board and eaves externally with Cembrit board so that it aligns with the outer wall, and then plaster over both. And the same principle on the inside but with plasterboard and plaster. Can anyone see any direct disadvantages with this? For example, how do I prevent the transition between the board and the wall from cracking? Or will the plaster handle that?

I think it looks best to plaster as far up the walls as possible, so I'm open to similar options as mentioned above.
