Having issues with condensation forming on the underside of the gutters on the outside of the house, where there is full ceiling height indoors, during chilly weather outside.
Is it okay?
Feels chilly indoors.
Have geothermal heating with a ground source heat pump, only underfloor heating for heating.
Villa in Norrbotten.

When you say "full ceiling height," do you mean open up to the ridge? I assume there may also be large glass sections here? Feels like in that case it's heat leakage around the windows causing the condensation? Check with a thermal camera and see if you can find the culprit.

Heat leakage should reduce the condensation.

Yes, full ceiling height up to the roof ridge in half of the house. No more than regular windows, no large high ones. It is also on the backside where there is a balcony door. The house was built in 2007.

condensation forms on cars also after a cold night

Mechanical ventilation and no condensation on windows. Feels raw cold indoors, -6.9 outdoors and very humid air.

If heated air leaks out there and hits the cold gutters, that could be the cause of the condensation.

There have been several chilly and raw days and nights here now. No snow.
